Director
Lars F Rasmussen
Ingenua was founded by Lars in 2023 after spending over 30 years in the civil construction and maintenance industry working across Europe, UK, Asia, and Australia. Lars' experience was gained working for organisations such as Shell, BP, Macmahon Contractors, Leighton Contractors and Lendlease. Most of his accumulated experience has been in Western Australia, Victoria and South Australia working with State and Local Government clients, resulting in a versatile business skillset focusing on Project and Asset Management.

John Menehira
John has over 20 years' experience in civil construction, earthworks, and pavement construction. He has worked with tier one contractors as well as State and Local Government delivering projects throughout Western Australia. John held the position of Maintenance and Construction Manager Wheatbelt Region on Main Roads WA's Integrated Service Arrangements and is a subject matter expert in driving civil project delivery on the ground and implementing maintenance delivery models. John is a highly competent mentor and trainer.

Stephen Todd
Stephen is a degree-qualified Civil Engineer with over 20 years' experience across Australia, the UK and New Zealand, specialising in roads, highways, mining and rail infrastructure. He has delivered design, modelling and project support for both major infrastructure programs and local government works. Stephen holds Fellow membership with the Institute of Highways Engineers (UK), IEng registration with the Engineering Council UK, and is registered on the National Engineering Register (NER) with Engineers Australia.

Ben Kietzmann
Ben has over 25 years' experience in civil construction, buildings, earthworks, and pavement construction gained in South Africa, PNG, and Australia. He has worked with contractors such as Lendlease, CPB and Central Earthmoving as well as State and Local Government delivering projects throughout Western Australia. Ben is a highly competent Project Manager well versed in civil construction and building projects delivery, maintenance management and disaster response management.

Paul Higgins
Paul is a Registered Building Practitioner in Western Australia and holder of a Diploma of Building and Construction, with extensive knowledge across all aspects of civil infrastructure delivery. His recent roles have included end-to-end supervision of complex projects such as freeway upgrades, port infrastructure, and major industrial developments, where he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated night and day shift operations, and ensured strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Matt O'Dea
Matt has over 15 years' experience in electrical construction and maintenance and in recent years has become an advanced operator in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), holding a role as ITS Area Manager. Matt is a highly competent Project Manager and is well versed with electrical construction integrating with civil, mechanical, and structural projects delivery and maintenance management.
